Exactly four o'clock. This is a special meeting of the common council of the town of Payson, August fourth, twenty twenty-six. Call to order. Don, would you do the roll call, please? The record show that all council members are present. Okay. Purpose of the meeting is a presentation of the canvas of election returns for the town of Payson election, July twenty-one, twenty twenty-six. And B resolution number two zero two six dash zero three five canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the twenty twenty-one, twenty twenty-six election, and issuing certificates of election and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this resolution. Tracy, would you present the election returns? Thank you, Mayor. Pursuant to the statutory calculation formula provided under ARS section nine, eight twenty-one dot oh one. The majority of votes cast for mayor is two thousand nine hundred and seventy-eight. Brett Filarity received three thousand two hundred and seventy-nine votes. Stephen Otto received two thousand six hundred and seventy-six votes. Brett Flaherty received the highest number of votes and a majority of votes cast as defined by statute for the office of mayor for the two thousand twenty-six primary election and is issued a certificate of election. The majority of votes cast for council member is two thousand seven hundred and thirty. Jesse Berry received two thousand six hundred and fifty-one votes. Bobby Lowry received two thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight votes. Benjamin McDowell received two thousand eight hundred and twenty-eight votes. Brooke Myers received two thousand seven hundred and thirty-four votes, and Guy Fister received two thousand five hundred and ninety-five votes. Bobby Lowry, Benjamin McDowell, and Brooke Myers received the highest number of votes and a majority of votes cast as divine as defined by statute for the office of council member for the two thousand twenty-six primary election and are issued certificates of election. Prop four twenty received three thousand six hundred and ninety-eight yes votes and one thousand eight hundred and ninety no votes and is approved.
