Meeting Transcript
Like the call for auto the PBD planning board meeting agenda for Thursday, October 2, 2025, held at seven o'clock at PB City Hall, Weekend Auditorium 24 Low Street PBD. First item on the agenda is the approval of the minutes of the nine eighteen twenty twenty-five meeting. We have a second. Second. Section C site building permit plan reviews. That was submitted to uh Department of Public Services, and then this week that was submitted back to the peer reviewer to double check to make sure that they've met all their requirements. We're hopeful that we would have a close-out memo this evening from Department of Public Services in regards to that. We don't. And so on your uh table here this evening, we received a late ad request for continuance from Attorney Kelty for his client on this item. I would believe that between now and this next meeting, we should have the final closeout memo if they've done everything that they said they were supposed to do, then there shouldn't be an issue, and we should be able to get uh that closeout memo on that one. Mr. Chairman, in a matter of fifteen Sylvan Street. I would move to receive a late communication from Attorney John R. Kelty, 40 Lowell Street BB. Uh Attorney Kelty's requesting an extension of time until October 16th, 2025. Move to receive communication and grant requested extension. We have a second. Second, Dr. Otto. All those in favor. Unanimous, thank you. Mr. Chairman, can I ask a question about that to Drew? Do we expect material changes in the plan that we would be able to see in need of revised set, or are they just small things here and there? Uh the change that we got, uh they came in late, so we didn't put them in the packet for this meeting. I have them for your next packet, which will be in there. Uh from what I can remember, there shouldn't be any massive changes. I think a lot of it is exactly like you're talking about. I believe the biggest change probably would be, which I think they already showed, uh, but I have to go back and look at the set of plans that have been submitted. Uh, a more enforced right turn only out of the PBD side entrance. And I believe that they kind of buffed that up, if you will, uh, in that area. Great. Thank you. Uh, next item on the agenda is appointment. Uh we have the uh map in front of us now for our signature of the zoning map that was amended uh twelve twelve of twenty-four and approved by the board. We are now uh if you would line up to uh sign the plan. If you could sign that one as well, it'd be greatly appreciated. No, I never walked out. City Council. To us, we have none.
