Like the call to audit PBD planning board meeting agenda for Thursday November 20th, 2025, held at 7 p.m.

PBD City Hall Wigan Auditorium.

First item on the agenda is the approval of minutes.

Uh that were not printed and will be carried to next meeting.

This was continued from the 11th, 6th, 2025 meeting.

I was at the last meeting, as you mentioned, and at that meeting, uh there was uh reluctance.

I continued the uh meeting because uh members wanted the easements uh to the electric light shown and uh I have uh provided a plan uh that shows these easements and I believe that we are in a position to ask for an approval and as uh uh member uh as Roy felt uh the easement for the electric light is uh kind of in the middle of the lot, and certainly if this plan is ever used, uh there would be a need to uh uh uh not only um adjust all our mortgages, probably be easier to refinance uh any of the properties.

But there is no intention actually until a lot of other matters uh have uh been sorted out to record this plan.

I'm sorry, I don't see where the easement is shown.

Um thank you for doing what we asked.

Um I I actually went out there again, and I don't propose any more changes, don't worry.

Um I know the homes are both under the same ownership, they're rental properties.

But uh what's what's the one on the left label?

Is that labeled three?

And the one on the right is labeled one.

Something like that.

All the people that live in the left duplex drive straight in and park in front of the house.

So they're gonna be they're gonna be driving over that little thin sliver, but I guess if the same guy owns both, but if he goes to sell one someday, they're probably gonna have some neighborhood squabbles.

Next item on the agenda is uh 103 Foster Street PBD map uh ninety-five lot zero zero one A.

This was also continued from the 11th sixth meeting.

Uh this is a matter that uh we were uh waiting for Department of Public Services memorandum.

We did receive that yesterday.

It does need some uh further response, uh which we're more than willing to provide.

Our intention is to provide those responses before next Wednesday because I think your December 4 meeting agenda will need to get on by Wednesday 27th, correct?

So that's the uh uh that's the plan is to be in a position to respond uh to the peer review by November 27th, so that we can be on your 12-4 meeting.
