First item on the agenda of the approval of the minutes of the 319 2026 meeting. Mr. Chairman, I would move to defer approval of the minutes until the next meeting as we do not have enough eligible voting members to approve the minutes of the last meeting. That's me. Second, all those in favor? Unanimous. Next item on the agenda is AR Land Court 117 Linfield Street, PBD, Massachusetts. This is a continuance from the 319 meeting of 2026. That's the presenter here. Yep. So I'm Tom Holden. Uh and this is my father, Chuck. I'm the uponner of the property that we're uh working on. Is there a big version? So basically, um we just bought uh the family just bought um Luigi's restaurant on Linfield Street, uh 117. We're just planning on moving the fence over. It was all one property at one point in time, and um, you know, as a business on on a residential property, basically, and then they split it. I don't know when did they actually split it? Um I think the 50s. Yeah, so it's it's kind of um it's right up against the side of our house. So this way they give me some room so that I'm not right up against um yeah, Joe. So it gives you side yard. Yeah, there's a there's a little side guide there. It's like um, and so we're just pushing it over 10 feet into the neighboring lot basically. This will actually make his lot conforming with his sideline by moving the 10 feet onto his property, his house now. Um needs variances because of the sideline setback, so this way they'll have enough to make it uh a conforming lot and it doesn't affect the frontage on 217 or um going forward. So lot two is disappearing. Uh any questions from the board? Go ahead. So lot two is disappearing. Yeah, that's script is disappearing. Yes, yeah. Okay. Any other questions from the board? I just have a was Louis of drive-through at one point. They tried to make one and I think they got told they weren't allowed to. They built it. That's what that like slip lane is that's around. Okay, because I was looking at that. Yeah, and I was trying to decide. I was like, is that fire department wanted access around the building, but then I was like, they have three sides already. So there's actually outlines of old garage doors on the side. Uh used to back trucks down down my driveway and then load them up on the hill there. So that's you know, it's just kind of a convoluted uh interesting. It was one property was all part of um so my uh that was Holden's dairy bar and no bottling plant. Um my great-grandfather lived in the house that Tom lives in. No, and no quadling plant was there. They so it was all just one property and then split up.
