Um it's a printing company in New York, Manhattan. So this is for a new sign. Um for a new well, a new company and a new sign. So I'm supposed to say like the size and everything, or just if you can just give us a little bit of context and background as to what the project is and where it's going, just for the purpose of the record. Next to is actually um a Cabanilla sign, which we actually put that sign up, I think a year or two years ago. So they were recommended Cabanilla's recommended us to this new company. Um I guess the comp the owner's name is Lauren. That's who I've been really dealing with the whole time through email. So yeah. Do you have a shot of the whole building pulled back a little further or just this tight shot? Just this shot. Yes. Um and I see you have some other slides. Is there something else we should be made aware of? Yes, it's the size of the sign and also the color, um, the color samples.
