The Phoenix City Council met on February 5, 2025, beginning in the afternoon, to consider consent agenda items, liquor licenses, an airport ordinance amendment, rezoning requests, and a citizen comment. All nine council members were present. The council approved the meeting minutes, board nominations, consent calendar items, and most of the planning and zoning agenda, and continued one zoning case to March 5, 2025.
