Um so as Jake just said, I uh just started here in Plainfield about a month ago.

Before that, I was working with the City of War zoning division, so I've done some planning in the area and I know um the community a little bit and some people here and some of the developers.

So as we just heard, um this is the the resubdivision of lot seven for the woodman's um woodman subdivision out there on Route 59.

Um so I think we have do we have the aerial of the property we can show uh there it is.

So I I think everybody here is is probably familiar with the with the with the woodman's um the village board approved this um originally in uh May of 2025 and then it was um recent most recently recorded at the Will County Um recorder's office.

Staff agreed to review access spacing and coordination with the applicant and engineers, noting Lot 7B has a 262-foot frontage along the access drive.
