I think that I I probably talk about this ad nauseum every every quarter in my report to you guys, so you probably are more aware of what goes on in this program than I am.

3:18

It's going to be redundant.

3:19

You're probably tired of it.

3:20

Raise your hand if you don't want to hear it anymore.

3:22

I'll gladly pass it on to Anna.

3:24

I'm going to let her carry the load here tonight because she carries the load every day with the youth diversion program.

3:33

Oh as you know, it was uh passed in the 88th legislature in 2023 as the youth diversion and early intervention act, and the purpose of it was to afford children on that they are juveniles heretofore known as children under the new legislation, age 10 to 17, and it affords them an opportunity to avoid exposure to the legal system, the juvenile legal system.

4:06

It keeps them off their criminal record if they successfully complete their diversion program, so they're not carrying any kind of convictions of any kind with them as they age, even though they are sealed.

4:19

There are ways to get access to them, those records.
