Welcome to the April 8th, 2026. Powell Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Please call the rule. David Leicester. Here. John Simpson is absent. Ross Earvey. Here. Mitch Blackford. Here. Sean Green. Greg Fire. Here. We're going to skip the picture this time. Pledge of allegiance, please. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. And to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice borough. All right. Can we skip the election process? So then we'll. Yeah, and we'll just go with status quo for the time being. Cool. All right. The Planning Zoning Commission is an advisory board to city council when zoning map amendments, preliminary and final development plans, plotting or property is under consideration. In such cases, City Council will receive recommendations from the Commission. In other cases, the Commission has a decision making responsibility. Are there any visitors here that would like to speak on an item that is not listed on the agenda? Is it about an item on the agenda? Not completely. No, it's about something not on the agenda. Okay. Please come forward. State your legal name and address, please. Just ma'am, so we keep everyone. It's three minutes. Okay. Megan Down L 130 South Liberty Street. Um, I got a notice in the mail about the agenda because I'm a property owner within 250 feet. So I looked into it and I looked it up, and when I looked at the all the other items on the website, the property that's listed on here is not the property being developed. It's an error. So you send a notice to property owners that one property is being developed when in fact another property is being developed, and I checked the application of Corinthian homes, and I know it's this is not their issue, and it's not the address that is on the public notice, even on their application. It is it is absolutely the incorrect address. I emailed and I said, hey, is 120 being developed or is something else being developed? I was told it is an error. 120 is not being developed. And I said then, okay, people make mistakes. I understand that. We're human. Then I said, will that be tabled so that property owners can have proper notice of what exactly is being developed and what parcel is being developed?
