1:42

Okay.

1:44

August financial report.

1:47

We have 152,413 in revenue, 150,000 of that was the quarterly CIP funding.

1:56

And then in addition, we had about $910 in interest and $1,500 in recharge point revenues.

2:05

For the month of August, we had $7,748 in expenses, um, all pretty much normal in line.

2:15

Majority of that was the um about $3400, the charging station invoice and the uh valet invoice was about $3100.

2:27

So in the month at about 145,000 in net income.

2:32

And we had a couple of outstanding checks for banking activities that were still outstanding as of the end of August, but both of those checks have um cleared in the month of September.

2:44

Does anyone have any questions on the August activity?

3:00

Okay, um, so in addition to the um financial report, we would also like to recommend um a couple of motions to increase a couple of um expense item lines, one being the charging station utility cost.

3:16

Those um expenses have been um running about 333400 a month, so a little bit higher, I think what we um originally anticipated when we did the budget recommend an increase of 10,500 for the remainder of the year for that expense line item, as well as um you'll also see on the agenda for the Powell Women in Business um luncheon sponsorship.
