The Board of Contract Supply for the City of Providence met on Monday, July 28, 2025, at 6:08 PM. Eight members were present (Courtney Hawkins, Kyle Delgado, Sarah Silveria, Elaine Richards, Joseph DePina, Patricia Clean Bay, John Arzumanian, Dante Bellini) and four were absent (Councilman Gonzalves, Councilwoman Anthony, Shamari husband, Tyrell Stevens). The meeting covered opening of bids, re-advertising of two items, review of Section A awards, and approval of prior minutes.
Discussion Items
- Item 5 – Pleasant View Elementary School Playground (ADA compliant): Director Bellano inquired about coordination with the Parks Department and ADA compliance. The project uses CDBG and CIP funds. A change order (No. 24) for $138,000 was added to include the whole school in the award.
- Item 6 – Tennis and Pickleball Court Renovations at Nathan Bishop Middle School: Director Bellano praised project manager Dan Kittridge for public engagement and design work. The award was recommended for Narrow Company.
- Change Order No. 25 – $59,000 for additional building envelope repairs (metal repairs and flashing) at a location that was not originally funded; funding was subsequently identified.

Item one, Department of Housing and Human Services, on call temporary location provider, four-year contract. Um item two, Department of Housing and Human Services, license rate on testing services for your contract. No business item will be dropped. No bids items also being dropped. One good one sorry. Item eight, department of public property, catering service open enrollment one year contract with a free one year. Are there any unmarked bits? No one. Second.
