Um it is just five thirty-one. Um we are joined this evening by our um student solicitor and is uh shaverity, thank you very much. Thank you. Okay, on this one, um committee members, I would like to ask um for a motion to deny without prejudice. This matter is actually the timing of it is such that um it will be out of time. Uh and we would uh before this meeting. It is five uh the time is such November fifth council meeting as November six, so we wouldn't be able to submit it. Um if we deny without prejudice, he can come back to us at a regular schedule meeting. So we'll have it on it. So maybe I have that motion to say um by chair to the second by Cosmone Sanchez, all in favor. I oppose I have a motion parents. Okay. Um now I'd like the motion that's a quiet to combine items two ways reading. Um ask the clerk to take us into executive session. Now I have that motion. Would you like to read that? Executive slash and question to R IGL forty two forty-six dash four and R I forty two dash forty-six dash five eight one specific to discussion regarding physical or mental health of a person, and we'll see to see other minutes of that executive session for the following matters. Okay, we have a motion by which chair tailor second five council member sent us to go into executive session on to the lines of nine and raise reading. All in favor, I had opposed that seven parents.
