Motion made by Director De Pina second director Richards all in favor. Please let the record reflect that we're joined today by Stephen Nelson, senior assistant city solicitor. So noted. Item five, the Department of Public Property, Jocelyn Recreation Center, Gym Improvements. Eighty one thousand five hundred fifty five dollars thirty-five cents for the base bid.
