Roll call showed 8 members present (Courtney Hopkins, Kyle Delgado, Crystal Lindbergh, Elaine Richards, Joseph DePina, Shamari Husband, John Ardemanian, Dante Bellini) and 4 absent (Councilwoman Don Sales, Councilwoman Ryan, Patricia Coinfig, Tyrell Stevens). I'd like to now entertain a motion to go to section B, opening of bids. Motion made by Deputy Commissioner Richards, seconded by Director Delgado. All those in favor, please say aye. The ayes have it. Section B, item number one, Department of Housing and Human Services, read on litigation contractor list. One bid. There is one bid for item number one. The bidder is Reals Project LLC, and they have bid two thousand four hundred and fifty dollars. Item number two, Providence Police Department, written police promotional examination process for this rank of detectives. There are three bids for item number two. And they've provided a bid of 41,550. The second bidder is national testing network, and they've provided a bid of seventy-five seven thousand five hundred dollars. Item number three, department of public property, parking lot paving and improvements at the Vincent Brown Rex Federal. Thank you very much. Item number three will be extended. Item number four, department of public property, on call MEP, mechanical electrical plumbing services, three-year contract with two one-year options for Providence School Facilities.
