Um item number nine.

Um this approval department.

Um request to approve the uh we will um currently the budgetary over site and visual um CS3's forget.

Is there any new scope or is this just the right size to budget to the scope?

So this particular uh since we last uh it's more so they have additional direct funding.

Um so on the initial order that's recommended, the capital starts that actually needed so there's a looking for scope or uh individual project occurs, they will be trying to each another vault um then uh in there.

So I think just case just one.

Um questions.

Um item number 13.

This is with public property.

Um CBF grant here is an extension gold and Johnson Drive Center.

Um I've chat a little bit about this, but just wanted to ask the board you know what's uh really important boards understanding.

Um, what is the extension?

What's needed there's still on track to execute the project before the deadline.

Um Taylor of the Bellagro, yes, we are still on the target to execute in completion in October, stick to class, but extended as derived in goods really with security and operations within the facility.

Is that me in the right department?

Um as well as some unproceded conditions discovered to have one.

There is a room that is a former uh exterior because we only have been good for 40 years.

Um do you guys see any uh complications or obstacles like that overlap school operations happening?

The school is very both parties, the school of the company channel.

Correct, but yeah, they very much um last question.

Uh this is item number eight TV.

Um also with the department of public property, especially me.

Um let's just walk you through um the financial structure.

I believe there's a lease.

You know, can you just walk me through what we've been purchasing kind of the financial structure?

Can we throw it in calls?

Can you come to the table and just say if you um yeah, and also can you just walk me through and it says here on the bottom there that this is designed to minimize up front costs, anyway roll-ups there's all these benefits, stabilize long-term costs and preserve end up term options.

Yeah, of course.

Um geopology called situation is like the price of casting one topic not right.

Um that's one part of the market uh um GRS are full of funds and we ready?

Um explained to the legal concluding um so um also workshops.

They must be important thing is that they seem to be seeing the working and uh also um for all to identification so with 13 vehicles 13 vehicles for public additional vehicles.

Is this being piloted just in one specific department?

DIS.

Yeah, it's awesome.

And end of terms options, is there to be options like the full album by them afterwards or wanted to, but probably not like the idea we're piloting it here.

The idea is that we'd like to get out of the business of many some of these passenger cars.

Um it's much more cost-effective for us to release them and allows us to skip.

And this is a vendor that's specifically very much.
