Item two, Providence, Police Department Revit Providence Animal Control Vaccines, Medications Waste Supplies. And then the amount it says total orders, total amount of orders appropriate week based by City of Province. Second unit president. This is a unit price bid. It's different prices for maintenance. Admiral Fire Court, eighty-four thousand four hundred and sixty-five dollars. Item five, units on the property, event equipment rentals and services three-year contract. American Trophy and Supply Unit Press Bid. M F A C unit respond. Unit Record School Health Corporation, eight hundred sixteen dollars forty one cents. Item seven, water supply board arbitrage rebate compliance services. Next test, unit respond. Item nine, water supply board maintenance and repair for two-way motorology radio communication facilities. Okay, Richard, Cyber Communications King, five thousand nine hundred thirty-five dollars, six hundred. Um and supplies express farm fee on unit price bidem one has two bits and this is also from item one so there are three bits for item one um mic assist unit price bid all right this completes the opening advis I'd like to entertain a motion to refer the visibility by director Richards seconded by director Presumanian all in favor yes have it I'd like to entertain a motion to go to section C advertisements motion made by direct seconded by directory all in favor yes have it like to entertain a motion to approve the advertisements um in section C as well as readvertising item 10 in section C so motion made by directly the penis seconded by directory off in favor um all of those yeah I'd like to entertain a motion to move to section A for review second motion made by director Delgado secondo seconded by director Richards all in favor opposed yeah council remember any items you'd like to review I do not directly back chairwoman yes I said you guys have a couple of questions on um I'd start with your anything director Richards may help me out with this yes um you guys recommended the second low spidder based on items that did not conform to the brand specifications we use the lever sure so they use um winchester um animal and um a lowest bidder um number one did not get on all the items but number two it's a um manufactured um that it's not known um and we need to conform to what everyone's been training previously and they um it was like a generic brand and I asked what's the lowest but they get a chance to re evaluate the data or was it just you have to move on to say they don't make it they don't they it's uh a generic brand of the ammo that we made um number 11 I'm not sure if anybody from American um this question I was an approval to pay guard in time essentially for protocol toilets at Riverside Park um there are a few counselors who have a spreads putting public uh bathrooms or sessionable bathrooms into parts about um you know rob awards and I said questions about how Riverside gets fit and how this grant kind of operates um we're paying eight hundred dollars for 20 800 per week for 20 weeks when you know we have some counselors who have community members that are willing to log up and open the gates and monitor them for much cheaper um so i'm not sure anybody is anyone here able to speak on that i don't i don't see anyone from the first no back using for the comment okay um just a couple more um really items 24 through 28 seem to all the public property but all of the school projects seem to be on the spot um and all the other schools like is there's a local revolving point is this part of the school bond is any of this reimbursable i are we able to reimburse that from four each one of them for the school project school budget it should be yes they're all eligible yes okay thank you and then my last one is uh 30 uh um there's a quick question this should be simple uh they piggybacking on to this for g projects here for what revolving fund projects that I'm not uh um I apologize uh was looking at this earlier and I I thought it was um a sidewalk thing until I just realized that it's under sustainability so not so you have to do that that's just important revolver fund project okay thank you very much we should be under more questions chairman um oh I'm sorry I'm sorry um number 32 um this is um the property acquisition at 252 jazz room on this for the R3 project which I suppose is great um just for the record what is an approval or notification is that going out to the butters is that going out to what was the radius on like a notification so that was just the warning that we received in the letter they were notifying the board that this is already in council as a resolution um and I believe that it was just recommended to notify the board of contract Um, this is um the property acquisition at 252 Josh Room on this for the R3 project, which I suppose is great. Um just for the record, what is an approval or notification? Is that going out to the butters? Is that going out to what is the radius on like a notification?
