Providence City Council Regular Meeting on July 2, 2026

Meeting called to order at 7:34 PM with 9 council members present and 6 absent. The meeting was held in a different location due to heat in the chambers. The invocation was led by Council President Miller, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Consent Calendar

Guest Introduction

• Council President Pro Tempore introduced LaRome Myrick, Executive Director of the Division of Youth Development (DCYF).
