Thank you. With four out of five commissioners, we do have a quorum. Thank you. Um so the next item on the agenda is the approval of the agenda. Um, do I have a motion to approve the agenda? I'll motion to approve the agenda. Perfect. Do I have a second? I will second. All right. All in favor. Say aye. All opposed. Okay. Uh, next we'll go right into the election of chair. Um, I'd like to nominate myself for vice chair. Do I have a second? I'll second that. Okay. Um, all in favor. I all opposed. All right. Um next we'll have the election of vice chair.
