Design Review & Historic Preservation Board Meeting – September 3, 2026
The meeting was called to order at 4:17 PM on September 3, 2026. Roll call showed three members present (Schlump, Gard, Staman), one excused (Vice Chair Rooney), and two absent (Wolf, Kahn). With only three of seven members present, the Chair stated that a quorum was not achieved. Consequently, the meeting was adjourned immediately without conducting any business. No agenda items were discussed, no public comments were heard, and no decisions were made. The board apologized for the inconvenience and indicated they would work to reschedule a future meeting.

Okay, it's all your chair statement. Thank you. The time is 417. Good evening. The Pelp Design Review and Historic Preservation Board meeting for September 3rd, 2026 is now called to order. Will the clerk please call the roll? Board member Wolf. Absent. Board member Schlump. Present. Board Member Kahn. Absent. Board member Gard. Present. Vice Chair Rooney was excused for this meeting. And lastly, Chair Staman. Present. Thank you. With three out of technically seven, we unfortunately do not have a quorum for this meeting. Okay. So with that, uh the meeting is adjourned, correct? That is correct, yes. Okay. And on behalf of the board, apologize for the inconvenience. I thought we had this one organized. Yeah, we do apologize. Um, we'll be in contact uh for to see if we can get another rescheduling here soon.
