You can prepare all that colour covering the stuff first and five.

How do we look too?

Oh, maybe if you uh the old person's phone 56 and be in the case as well.

I will not do that and do not put the stick and level in the quick.

But I would be too a little 50 about the constitution and white people and people are later too.

Because it's not the best thing that you think we can do is cool.

Talk about uh loyalty to companies a lot these days.

Uh unfortunately often lack the 45 years with one ADC, uh one PCP is a big deal, so now we want to tell me to have uh with the two on August 24th to 1980 and it went to the water distribution public and stuff from water distribution to the steel department since the future and multiple compiling and march 24 to 2003 the transfer from the school department to the TPD and the control position.

In uh that same year of completing a caddy level one and accordingly level two of the National Association of uh in the control table.

Okay, nice in the control association coming, um, is not incorporated to be a uh call officer to the case.

So uh quick story uh that I have well I I often tell people that that the man's turn in asking me is the most hidden man that works for the people.

Um it's kind of because it's not done.

It's the key.

I see that is a very difficult job that we often do every day.

You don't call nearly 24 hours a day to five days a year.

He's been time and he's available, we will find the power of the property and which is back on houses to make any any type of kidding or living pool, he'll do everything he can to try to rectify for the citizens of people.

And to tell you why this time is so important, I often tell a story about uh it was only ten years ago I was told that they should call it unfortunately we had a homicide in the morning, and in the early afternoon we erected a gentleman for I think it's an eye for picking his body and that's what we can find a line here.

I told the officer that maybe last because both of these folks are gonna go on Facebook about the same time, and if you want that people's job is more thankful than the handside investigation and under one to kind of in the case in more than the hands.

People are very passionate about the animals and still thinking and keep talking about what he does to make sure that animals are protected in the ways that he's allowed to be by law and by the state.

We appreciate all the great work that you do for us to all the hard work that you do for us and for being with us if you're more than 20 years and more than 45 too because we have five new offices to stay in something that we can and uh before I decided I'm about the cannon of the board and very clearly come up and you offer.

Well, good evening everybody, and uh I'm saying I'm uh very channel and the training of time for the commission too.

And as you can see, these are news and family case, have already joined that police department, and so we'll do that I wouldn't come.

You take it very two with PC.

Um, what happens when someone applies to be a PC police officer is when you have a test team, and so when you get past the test, you get an unbear and two commissioners, and then we establish knowledgeability.

And once uh two THL is a vacant team is the party, then we normally get the authorization from the authorized and replace that to the city.

So in this case, uh we had five opportunities.

So we really great things for these five people.

So we used to say uh a couple of them uh have been very patient in the process over time from the previous place to now this was, and so that's you know, it's always a good thing, right?

Uh, if you don't get put the first time come back, you know, you're gonna learn from that police process, and that's a really good mission for the easy with that uh the main team would be with us next week.

So what happens then is once we get that authorization, uh every one of these candidates had the past five steps.

They had to have a background investigation that was completed by the PC police department, checking all the weapons to credit history, they traffic is going to even make it.

Um tax food we come into a paragraph, if those two things are good, then we sent for a psychological exam, a people examined, and then a drug test, and then a full medical work.

So if all five of those things are good, then they're offered uh in point.

All five obviously staying here, so all five of them were being other.

But uh I asked Chief Copper when he walked into me, I said, Oh, if the police police department always throwing in uh five police officers at one time, he said, maybe one.

And you know, so uh if it's not a weapon, we're we're happy with the time we recorded, and uh so we're happy that yeah, very good.

So a little bit about each one of these favorites.

So first is Morgan Perry.

Uh Morgan is a graduate of control of the high school.

Uh he went uh to John Wood and took courses in law enforcement, and then uh last year he uh met the ultimate education goal that a bachelor's degree from Western Yamaha University and Central Basketball Enforcement State.

Joseph Cooper, Jacob is uh uh 2021 graduate of Unity High School.

Uh he worked at IB and most recently was at ATP, so I'm sure he's we found a lot of people at the staff.

At the same time, he completed his degree in terminal justice, and he worked in time in the school he's from public.

He uh went to John Wood and took some courses in Fire Frank and then got a wife into uh law enforcement and took some law enforcement courses and he's most recently worked for more schools.
