Negotiating parties: John Fong and Dan Minkoff, El Camino Real Holdings JV LLC. Under negotiation: Price and terms for exchange of property interests.

I will also be recusing myself from the same item, 1900 Broadway. Uh one of my nonprofit boards I serve on, Casa Cicil Catural is in that building, uh storing uh materials as well as doing some programming. So in abundance of caution, I will be recusing myself from the item. Are there any other recusals? If not, the council will adjourn to closed session and our next meeting will be Monday, August 26th. I'm trying to get the days right. It's hard to and I do not anticipate any reportable actions out of closed session this evening. So everyone have a good evening.
