Well, the stuff is around here. Good evening, everybody. Thank you for joining. We'll go ahead and get started. Thank you for joining us for our special city council meeting of March 4th, 2025. We continue to offer in-person and remote options for our city council meetings. The city welcomes public comment on topics within the city's subject matter jurisdiction, and members of the public may provide public comments in person during the meeting or by email to public comment at Rewood City dot org as outlined on the agenda. In-person speakers must turn in a speaker card to the city clerk at the days to be recognized to speak. And comments that were received via email by five o'clock may be read aloud, time permitting. And I'll now turn it over to the city clerk to call the roll. Good evening, and thank you, Mayor. Councilmember Chu. She should be joining us shortly. Councilmember G. Present. Councilmember Howard. We'll move on to item three, Pledge of Allegiance. Councilmember Sturgeon. Thank you. Moving on to item four, public comment. We'll now take public comment on the closed session item or on any topics within the city's subject matter jurisdiction. I'll now turn it over to the city clerk to help facilitate public comment. Thank you for that, City Clerk. Moving on to item five, closed session. The City Council will now convene closed session regarding existing and anticipated litigation as identified on the agenda.
