The meetings in a hybrid format, which are in person and rejoiced participation. And members of the public may provide comments in the spells. Speaker cards will be located. It must be turned into the city party at the end. Please be sure to indicate the agenda item number which you wish to speak on. So we'll be called to speak after the in-person comments of the beginning of detailed instructions for public comment on the screen. And then we'll talk about the comment begins. Or it is a procedural item for the purpose of identifying the council members who wish to participate in the meeting for public. I already provided a remote location listed on the agenda. This item does not be changed to public comment from the end of the council member. So we'll move on to the next item. You can't accept the August on tonight's agenda. We've welcome speakers providing public comment, but please be advised. This is a limited public forum, or speakers must have just matters within the subject to the matter jurisdiction of the city. The speakers do not they will be continued to disregard the city rule, and we need to speak will be limited, and you in person please speak out of a speaker card and join it into the city clerk here at the dance. And virtually, please feel free to raise your hand on Zoom at this time or press R9 if you've joined by the code. We've gathered all speaker cards and raised hands and have begun public comment. No additional speakers will be allowed to keyword to speak, turn it over to the city. And this time we don't have any in-person speakers on the screen. We have any in the room.
