Richmond Board of Commissioners Regular Meeting - September 8, 2026

  • Neon Night Run/Walk: Save the date for Friday, September 25, 2026, downtown on Water Street (6–10 p.m.), a Paint the Town Pink event sponsored by the Quarter, Baptist Health, EKU, and the City of Richmond. Block party at 6 p.m., kickoff celebration at 7 p.m. with a joint proclamation from all three Madison County governments.
