Good afternoon, everyone. The informal meeting of the Richmond City Council will now come to order. Madam Clerk, if you'll provide us with the chamber emergency evacuation announcement, followed by the roll call and then the docket review. Upon activation of the emergency alarm signal, all persons should immediately exit the building. Please use the exits to the left or right front of the council chamber or the east or west stairwell outside the rear doors of the chamber. Do not use elevators or escalators. After exiting the building, security would direct everyone down 9th Street to the assembly area located inside the former public safety building parking lot. Able persons should assist visually and hearing impair visitors with exiting the building. And Madam President, for the record, all members are in attendance this evening with the exception of Councillor Gibson, Jones, Robinson, and Lynch. You do have a quorum. Thank you, Madam Clerk. Let's proceed with the document review. Starting with the consent agenda, item one, ordinance 2026, 057, and item two, ordinance 2026 058. Um public safety standing committee recommended approval. Item three, ordinance 2026, 060, planning commission recommended approval. However, this is a change on your docket. This paper will be continued to the April 27th council meeting. On the regular agenda, item seven, ordinance 2025 to 15. This paper will be continued to the May 11th council meeting. Item 8, Ordinance 2025 231. This paper will also be continued, but continue to the April 27th council meeting. Items moving on to the budget papers. Items 10, ordinance 2026, 06263 through item 18, ordinance 2026 071. All of those budget related papers will be continued to the April 27th council meeting. And Madam President, that concludes the docket. We do not. Okay. Then that concludes the agenda. Yes.
