How do we give us a h do we give us a h do we give us a hug Good afternoon, everyone. The informal meeting of the Richmond City Council will now come to order. Uh, Madam Clerk, if you provide the chamber chamber emergency evacuation announcement followed by the roll call and then the docket review. Upon activation of the emergency alarm signal, all persons should immediately exit the building. Please use the excess to the left or right front of the council chamber or the east or west stairwell outside the rear doors of the chamber. Do not use elevators or escalators. After exiting the building, security would direct everyone down 9th Street to the assembly area inside the former public safety building parking lot. Able person should assist visually and hearing impair visitors with exiting the building. And Madam President, for the record, all members are in attendance this evening with the exception exception of counselors Lynch and Alba Bacher. You do have a form. Starting with the consent agenda, item number one, ordinance 2026, 074. This paper was amended at the April 27th council meeting. It's currently being retained on this evening's consent agenda. Item two, ordinance 2026, 093. So this item is to be continued to the June 8th council meeting. Items three through five, ordinance 2026, 094, 095, and 097, Planning Commission recommended approval. This paper was amended at the April 27th council meeting and will be retained on this evening's consent agenda. On the regular agenda, we have item number seven, ordinance 2025 to 15.231. This paper is being continued to the May 26th council meeting per a request. This paper is being continued to the June 8th council meeting per the patrons request and referred back to the public safety standing committee meeting in May. So if this is the count consensus of council, both of those items will then be continued instead to the May 26th council meeting and referred to the May February Finance and Economic Development Standing Committee meeting one second uh Ms. Broughton council member tramble and I'd like to add my name um to number thirteen please thank you I'm sorry Ms. Tram I could not hear you I'm sorry what um did you say number 13? Your number 13 resolution 2026 are nine I thought I had already called but I guess I didn't call and ask to have my name added or added as a co-patron to item number thirteen that has been noted thank you and so if it is the consensus of council those two items items 10 and 13 will be continued instead to the May 26th council meeting and refer to the finance committee standing committee meeting. We have consensus madam clerk okay so that is the consensus items 14 through 22 are all budget related papers and there will be a public hearing later this evening only on items 14 through 17 and madam president that is the actual docket okay um any referral of service delivery issues uh today no there are none that i'm aware of okay thank you the uh agenda for the informal meeting has been completed this meeting now stands adjourned thank you thank you
