All persons should immediately exit the building.

Use the exits to the left or right front of the council chamber or the east or west stairwells outside the rear doors of the chamber.

Do not use elevators or escalators.

After exiting the building, security would direct everyone down 9th Street to the fenced area located between Clay and Leaf Streets.

Able persons should assist visually and hear and impair visitors with exiting the building.

And Madam President, for the record, all members are in attendance this evening with the exception of Councilman Gibson, Lynch, and Albacher.

Starting with the consent agenda, item number one, ordinance 2026 093, planning commission recommended a continuance of this item.

So this item is to be continued to the September 14th council meeting.

Item two, ordinance 2026 102.

This paper is to be amended and then continued later this evening and then continued to the September 14th council meeting.

Item three, ordinance 2026 109.

Um, this paper was continued at the um at the June 20, continued from the June 22nd council meeting, is currently being retained on this evening's consent agenda.

Madam Clerk, um, there's been a request to move that item to the regular agenda.

That is item ordinance 2026 109.

Yes, 109.

So if that is the consensus of council, um, later this evening during the formal session of council, um, that item could get moved to the regular agenda.

Items 12 and 13, ordinances 2026, 158, and 159, committee referral was waived on both items, and both items are being retained on this evening's consent agenda.

Item 20, I'm sorry, item 14, ordinance 2026 160, governmental operations standing committee recommended approval.

So that item is to be amended later this evening and then considered tonight.

However, this item is to be continued to the September Fourteenth Council meeting per the patron's request.
