The Riverton City Planning Commission convened on April 10, 2025 at 6:30 PM at City Hall, 12830 South Redwood Road. Chair Darren Park presided. The Commission approved the detail plan with 13 conditions, including that the applicant work with the City Engineer to develop a plan to prevent right-out movements at the 13400 South entrance. No, no, no, seriously, you can continue until the city engineer can be free to talk about the storm brain. But we won't be hooking up into the off side. We just all the systems actually have up to but we're actually connecting back towards that. If you get up there and say that and say we're connecting back uphill to Nat Ros, and we'll walk into a huge conversation about the other clients, right? So the way the sewer like round talk about super storm. Oh, yeah, the sort of storm. Well, we connect with that that then goes. Okay. That's fine. If you're fine about it, we just roll as well. I just want I just want to make sure we won't be waiting. The way it's worded says we're gonna be connecting to waiting for the off side to be improved and we're not we're actually just hooking onto the system. So I'm saying why that was my mistake because it all carry over like 24 buttons last year. Well, the pawn's done, yes. I don't think that it's built it's going to that now. So whether it goes through my position is going to be five percent goes through Dutch prosperity, Dutch post is gonna go to uh yeah. But it does connect here is how that's done collecting it.
