Home occupations are allowed in residential zones if they can meet certain criteria.

Um many of them are approved by staff as they meet strict criteria.

Some of them come to planning commission because there's questions whether or not they can meet criteria, or some applications trigger a need to come to planning commission because something they're asking.

In this case, it's something that they're asking or a way they're managed asking to use their property, and so it's brought to the planning commission.

The project is within the Suburban Land Reserve Special Development District, and the plan matches previously approved Community and Block Scale Plans. Staff from planning, engineering, water, and fire recommended approval.
Commission Discussion: None.
Outcome: Approved unanimously with four conditions, including compliance with the Master Development Agreement and resolution of staff redlines.
