The Round Rock City Council met on September 11, 2025, at 6:00 PM in City Council Chambers. Good evening. Tonight's invitation will be given by Pastor Razou of Gospel Fellowship Church and on this 9-11 day of memorial and just kind of what's going on in the country. Appreciate you being here praying. Come on up. Let's all look to the Lord in prayer. Gracious, loving Heavenly Father, Almighty God. We come before you tonight to give thanks for the gift of life and for the blessing of living in this great nation and in this wonderful city of Round Rock. We thank you for the leaders gathered here and for every citizen who calls this community home. As we gather here on the special day of 911, we remember your goodness, Lord. Your we remember your protection for this country. We thank you, Lord, for all the goodness that you have shown for all the Lord citizens of this country and especially what happened on 9-11. We see your mercy, your grace, enduring Lord for this nation. Lord, Lord, we remember that the foundations of this country were influenced by the truths of the scriptures, and many of our guiding loss were shaped by biblical principles. We are grateful for that heritage and the freedom it has been preserved. Tonight, O Lord, we pray for the mayor and the council members and the city staff. Grant them wisdom in their discussions, clarity in their decisions, and the unity of purpose as they seek the good of Round Rock City. May justice, compassion, and integrity guide every action taken here. We also lift up the people of Round Rock, all the families, all the schools, businesses, churches, and all who labor for the well-being of the city of Round Rock.
