Commissioner support for the plan was expressed, with questions about funding (planning funded by general fund, implementation to seek grants), equity, outreach to apartment residents, wayfinding, and connections to the Sacramento River Parkway. Vice Chair Wardwaller noted that some streets are good candidates for lane reductions.
