Administration, Investment & Fiscal Management Board Special Meeting – June 25, 2020
The AIFM Board held a special teleconference meeting on June 25, 2020 at 1:30 p.m., conducted in accordance with Governor's Executive Order N-29-20 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Board members present were Jason Bader, Mr. Colville, Ms. Holm, and Mr. Leon, constituting a quorum. All agenda items were approved unanimously.
Consent Calendar
- Approved the meeting minutes for November 21, 2019 and February 13, 2020.
- Accepted the SCERS Monthly Investment Reports for January 31, February 29, March 31, April 30, and May 31, 2020.
- Adopted a resolution establishing the SCERS interest rate credited to member accounts for Fiscal Year 2021.
- Accepted the SCERS Pensioners' Cost of Living Adjustment for Fiscal Year 2021.

Discussion Items
- Item 11: SCERS Quarterly Investment Report (March 31, 2020) – Stacy Hussey, Chief Investment Officer, reported the fund was down −9.39% through March, but as of May 31 the unaudited return was +1.77%, with an 11% rebound in the last 10 weeks.
