0:26

Chair staff is ready when you are.

0:29

Welcome everyone.

0:30

Uh, we're calling this meeting to order.

0:32

It is now 136 on May May 20th.

0:38

This is our uh quarterly AI meeting.

0:42

Uh maybe uh Medic Secretary, maybe we have a roll call.

0:47

Okay, Jason Bader.

0:49

Here, Mr.

0:52

Folville.

1:01

Yeah, exactly.

1:03

Ms.

1:04

Holmes here.

1:06

And Mr.

1:07

Leon.

1:10

Got it.

1:13

All right.

1:13

Um looks like we are good to go on the roll call.

1:16

Next up on the agenda is the consent calendar.

1:20

Uh uh, Madam Secretary.

1:22

Do we have any comments or anything on the consent calendar?

1:29

If not, we'll need a motion and a second.

1:32

I have a question on the consent calendar.

1:35

Sorry because I know we have a long meeting, but I was hoping Stacey could maybe explain number 10 to me a little bit more.

1:42

I don't quite understand who this affects and what the change will result in.

1:48

I tried to kind of follow through the report, but I don't understand the credit rating or the rate to the credit member account.

1:55

Um, so every year the member accounts get uh this credit, and it's really on paper.

2:02

It's not um it's not anything that you know, they're not getting an extra seven percent paid out every year.

2:10

So this goes back, I think since inception, um, because I did research it once and it went back 30 to 35 years to see how high that number could get.

2:19

Um there is no way that number can ever be negative.

2:23

There's a floor on that number.

2:25

So it's just a rolling three year average that they get credited.

2:30

Uh it's like a book entry.

2:31

I mean, Osvaldo, you might be able to comment on that as well about how that affects their it affects their balances on paper.

2:39

But it doesn't affect what they're getting or what we're earning.

2:42

No, no.

2:43

No.

2:44

I saw that 775 and then seven, and I'm like, wait, wait, is this first?

2:50

No, it's just an adjustment is the way it was explained to me.

2:54

Does that sound accurate, Osvaldo?

2:58

Yeah.

2:59

Yeah, and that's that helps.

3:02

Thank you.

3:03

With that, I'll move the consent calendar.

3:06

I'll second.

3:09

All right.

3:09

Okay.

3:10

Oh, go ahead, man.

3:11

I'm sorry.

3:14

Um Jason.

3:16

Uh yes.

3:17

Don.

3:18

Hi.

3:19

Yeah.

3:20

Oh, yay.

3:22

Don.

3:23

Yeah.

3:24

Yes.

3:25

Dawn.

3:27

Yes.
