The item before you is the uh public hearing on the annual report, of course, for the uh city of Sacramento Aggie Square Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District, and staff is here to conduct a public hearing upon the conclusion, passing a motion adopting the fiscal year 2022-23 annual report for the Aggie Square EIFD.

Also adopting the fiscal year 23-24 revenue and expense budget, both of which were included in the uh packet.

Councilmember Guerra accepted and nominated Councilmember Maple as Vice Chair. Board Member Titherington seconded the nominations. The motion passed unanimously. Councilmember Guerra became Chair, Councilmember Maple Vice Chair.
