The Budget and Audit Committee met on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at 2:05 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber. The committee, chaired by Mayor Darrell Steinberg, with members Rick Jennings and Jay Schenirer present (Angelique Ashby absent), approved the consent calendar and forwarded proposed cannabis business permit fees to the full City Council. Hi, Mayor Steinberg. I am here. We do have a quorum. We do have uh uh a couple of items here. I'll move the consent. Second. Moved and seconded. All in favor, please say aye. Uh opposed, abstain, that's three to nothing. Um we now have one discussion item, and it's the proposed business operating permit fees for cannabis microbusinesses. Welcome. I think that this is a fine report that Sarah did. I would be happy to wave the presentation and move the item. Okay. Nothing you want to add? Very good. I will second that item and uh to the full council, send it to the full council. Is there any public testimony on uh I don't have any public testimony on this? Well, I think this meeting should go on at least another ten minutes. Um all in favor, please say aye. Aye. Opposed, abstain. Very good. That passes. Do we have council ideas and questions?
