Staff is requesting approval of the final loan documents for the San Juan apartments, a mutual housing community.

Last year, the city of Sacramento was awarded $2.5 million in the first allocation of pro housing funds.

San Juan Apartments is a new construction multifamily workforce family project located at the corner of Stockton Boulevard and Young Street.
