Thank you, Madam City Clerk. We now call this meeting at the Sacramento City Council to order at 2 p.m. Thank you, Vice Mayor. At 2 o'clock today, January 7, 2025, this is a special meeting agenda for the purpose of a closed session. We have five items today. So bear with me. You do have a quorum and chambers and I have no one to make public comment. Pursuant to government code section 54957.6 for a matter pertaining to negotiations with recognized employee organizations. Sacramento City exempt employees association. Sacramento Police Offices Association, International Union of Operating Engineers, Stationary Engineers, Local 39. Sacramento, Area Firefighters, Local 522. Sacramento Sierra Building and Construction Trades Council. Plumors and pipe fitters, Local 477, Automorean and Specialty Painters, Local 1167, Western Council of Engineers, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. The purpose is to confer with the city's chief negotiators, Shelley Banks Robinson and Aaron Denado. Item number two is pursuant to government code section 54956.9D1 to discuss matters pertaining to pending litigation. Sacramento Police Offices Association, First City of Sacramento by Purb. CSA-CE-1276.m. Item three is pursuant to government code section 54957B for a matter pertaining to personnel with appointment of interim city manager. Item four is pursuant to government code section 54957.6 for a matter pertaining to negotiations with unrepresented employees, the interim city manager. The purpose is to confer with the city's chief negotiator, Mayor Kevin McCarty. And the final item number five is pursuant to government code section 54957B for a matter pertaining personnel.
