All right. Call us being to order of the Sacramento City Council. Good afternoon, Mayor. We are calling this meeting to order at 3.02 PM. This is a special meeting agenda for the purpose of a closed session. I have no public comments for any items on the closed session agenda. And I do have a quorum of council in chambers. We had four items on the calendar, but we're omitting item three. So the items that we're going to discuss in closed session is item one, pursuant to government code section 54956.94 to discuss matters pertaining to initiation of litigation, one potential case. Item two is pursuant to government code section 54957B for a matter pertaining to personnel. Performance evaluation of in-term city manager. We will not discuss item three this afternoon. Item four is pursuant to government code section 54957.6 for a matter pertaining to negotiations with recognized employee organization. Sacramento City exempt employees association. Sacramento Police Office Association, International Union of Operating Engineers, Stationary Engineers, Local 39. Sacramento area firefighters, Local 522, Sacramento Serial Building and Construction Trades Council, Plummers and Pipepitters, Local 447, Automorean and Specialty Painters, Local 1176, Western Council of Engineers. International Association of Machinets and Aerospace Workers, and the purposes to confer with the city's chief negotiators, Shelley Banks Robinson and Aaron Denado.
