Thank you. Madam City Clerk, I now call this meeting of the Sacramento City Council to order at 4 p.m. Thank you, Council Member April. It's Tuesday, January 28th, 2025. We have a 4 p.m. special meeting agenda for the purpose of a closed session. I have two items on the closed session agenda. Item one is pursued to government code section 54956.91 to discuss matters pertaining to pending litigation. Kurt Stor at Al V. City of Sacramento at Al. Sacramento County Superior Court case number 34-2020-00276300-CU-PO-GDS. And Madam City Clerk, it's my understanding that we are pulling item two for future days. Correct. That's correct. So the only item we will hear is item one. You do have a quorum in chambers and we have no public comment on this item. Okay, with that we are adjourned a closed session.
