Thank you, Mayor. You have a quorum of council members in chambers. I have no one to speak on this agenda item. This is a special meeting for the purpose of a closed session. We have two items this afternoon. The first is pursuant to government code section 54956.9D4 to discuss matters pertaining to initiation of litigation, one potential case. Item 2 is pursuant to government code section 54957.6 for a matter pertaining to negotiations with recognized employee organizations. Sacramento City Exempt Employees Association, Sacramento Police Officers Association, International Union of Operating Engineers, Stationary Engineers, Local 39, Sacramento Area Firefighters, Local 522, Sacramento Sierra Building and Construction Trade Council, Plummers and Pipepitters, Local 447, Automore and Specialty Painters, Local 1176, Western Council of Engineers, International Association of Machines and Aerospace Workers, the purposes to confer the city's chief negotiators, Shelley Banks-Rominson, Erin Denado and Tim Davis.
