So good afternoon. Good afternoon. I call to order a special meeting for the purpose of a closed session. We do have a quorum of council members in chambers. I have two items on the agenda. The first two items that are on the posted agenda will not be heard today. Items three is conference with legal counsel, existing litigation, government code section 54956.9 D1, Sierra Club et al. versus Sacramento LAF Local Agency Formation Commission et al. Sacramento Superior Court case number 25WM000101. And Councilmember Kaplan will not be participating in that closed session item and has recused herself. We are adjourned.
