All right, now called this meeting of the Sacramento City Council closed session special meeting 1 p.m. to order at 103 p.m. Good afternoon. I call to order a special meeting for the purpose of a closed session. We have a quorum of council members in chambers. There is one item on the agenda. I have no speakers on any of the agenda items. That one item is conference with labor negotiators, government code section 54957. Designated representatives are Laney Millstein, Aaron Donato, and Tim Davis, Employee Organizations or Sacramento City Exempt Employees Association, Sacramento Police Officers Association, International Union of Operating Engineers, Stationary Engineers, Local 39, Sacramento Area Firefighters, Local 522, Sacramento Sierra Building and Construction Trace Council, Plumbers and Pipe Fitters, Local 447, Automarine and Specialty Painters, Local 1176, Western Council of Engineers, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, and all unrepresented groups. By the power vested in me by the Vice Mayor, we are now adjourned into closed session at 104 p.m.
