Um the civil service board was established by California Sacramento City Charter, Section 80. Um, and the charter is signed on numbers constituents constituting a quorum. Um, this meeting is virtual via Zoom. For members of the public who wish to join, please refer to the agenda for the zoom link. Once you have joined the meeting and wish to speak, raise your hand to provide public comments when the chair confirms the public comment speaking period for your desired item.
