I have a question with regard to one of the appeals that we heard today.

But one of the bases was that the person did not show both in-person and telephonic contact with the public.

And I just wanted to know like what what would be an example of showing that experience.

Again, I wasn't concerned about this particular matter, that's why I didn't ask the question at the time.

I just wanted to know what type of example would show both direct interaction of in-person and telephonic interactions, which apparently that was what was missing.

Just I have the following interactions in person and telephonically, or is it like what you know what I mean?

I just was that was the one piece not looking directly at the application.

Um in general, we have to demonstrate that they had like in person.

Well, as just over the phone, so I again I'm not looking at the application at the moment, but if they were just saying that they um, you know, I helped people in person or something, and they didn't like specifically address the meeting for all that.

They have to be very clear that they had both.
