This is the ad hoc ordinance streamlining the planning entitlement process.

So we're gonna do this uh a little bit differently in that I've asked Alex Ogilvy, who is chair of the Planning and Design Commission to come and speak uh about this.

This was something that was really initiated by the commission.

So I thought asking her to come and give us a little bit of context about why uh they did this, and then we will move to the staff presentation and then come back to the committee.
