- Metrics: The committee stressed the need for performance metrics that track outcomes, not just inputs, and requested data on the transfer of 911 calls from police to the Department of Community Response.

- The PB Implementation Ad Hoc Committee reported that as of mid-May, over 500 idea collection ballots had been completed, more than 40 proposal delegate interest forms had been submitted (target 50), and 12 community events had been held. Item 7: Review of Measure U Logo Design Options
- Staff presented three logo options. Committee members offered mixed feedback: some preferred the simple text logo (option 1), while others liked the "U with people" design (options 2 and 3) but noted it could appear militaristic. Suggestions included using a single person, changing colors, and adding a tagline like “Paid for by you.” No formal vote was taken; staff will refine options based on input.
