We just have this one discussion item, and we've already done the interviews for this.

Uh so we really are just need to pick today from the list of candidates who we would like to add to the URAC.

So, Madam Clerk, could you tell us first of all if we have anybody signed up to speak?

And second of all, how many people we need to choose here?

So we do have one hand raised for comment.

Um you did do interviews at the last meeting.

19 applications and 10 interviews occurred.

Um you have one seat, which is C E and it's largely described as someone who has an accounting auditing or construction management background.

All right, very good.

And do we have a person from representing the URAC commission, meaning a staff person who wants to talk to us?

We have Tyler Stratton on the call.

Tyler, do you have uh any comments you want to make to us before we hear from the member of the public and make our selection here?

Hey, good afternoon.

Uh no, we we've just been uh pretty happy with all the the appointees so far on the URAC commission.

Uh and we we trust this uh this committee to give us another good uh candidate for the for the URAC here.

All right.

Uh one thing one thing to point out is that we did notice is that we have we currently have three seats in uh district three, two seats in district four, and one seat in district six.

Uh and there's no representation currently on the URAC from uh one, two, five, seven, or eight.

So just uh food for thought.

We have one member of the public, Alexander Hoke, if you would unmute.

I'd just like to inform the committee that I've filed an ethics complaint with the city clerk in an effort to address the many shortfalls associated with the execution of this process.

Also provided them with documentation of specific membership's role in jailing me for my attempts to participate in the no-ano coalition and declaring that I'm willing to run against them next cycle.

It might not be perfect, but at least I still have a soul.

And given that specific membership of the URAC has stated that they would like to play a greater role with the public utilities commission.

My legal background makes me an ideal candidate for this position.

Furthermore, Katie and Angelique's behavior should disqualify them from participation on this item.
