First, an update on some items that the commission had heard.

On November 17th, City Council adopted ordinances to establish the Folsom Boulevard West and Folsom Boulevard East special planning districts.

On December 1st, Council took action to deny the Gateway West retail project at Duckhorn Drive and Arena Boulevard.

And that same night also took action to approve the retail cannabis dispensary project located at 1625 Del Paso Boulevard.

It had been heard by the commission on September 24th and then was subsequently called up by the district council member.
