Um I'm gonna start out by talking about development projects to kind of basically update you on things that were reported on at the January meeting.

Um there are two uh State Department of General Services office building projects that are under consideration.

One is proposed on the block bounded by OP 7th and 8th Streets that would potentially affect the Heelbrunn House, a second office building project proposed at 1215 O Street is also under evaluation by DGS.

Um they're looking at its relationship to the state government historic context and to a preliminary survey and delineated uh historic district of uh state office buildings.

Um we mentioned at the January meeting that there was a scoping meeting on January the 12th that was hosted by DGS.
