1:40

Commissioner Bounds.

1:43

Commissioner Fuller.

1:46

Commissioner Moffitt.

1:47

Here.

1:48

Commissioner Volania.

1:51

Commissioner Whitelum.

1:52

Here.

1:53

And Chair Marshak.

1:54

Here, our first item on the agenda is uh consent calendar, approval of minutes of the August 16, 2017 meeting.

2:06

Do we have any discussion corrections?

2:13

There we go.

2:14

Commissioner Whitelam.

2:18

Okay.

2:19

Um under item two on the action.

2:23

I I think we're it was the item on the appeal of 2422 U Street tentative map.

2:29

On the action, I think the last sentence the clause that says thereby denying the appeal.

2:36

I think it should be placed right after it says approve the project thereby denying the appeal, comma, subject to an advisory condition to work with staff to secure the property site.

2:48

Right now, those two pieces are kind of put in reverse, and I think the sentence reads clearer doing that.

2:55

So it's not changing the words, it's just like the order with the clause.

3:01

That's my only comment.

3:03

Okay.

3:04

Any other commissioners with comments, corrections, additions.

3:11

All right.

3:11

In that case, uh, do I have a motion?

3:15

I move to accept the minutes as amended.

3:20

Move by Commissioner Whitelam.

3:22

Second.

3:22

Second.

3:23

Seconded by Commissioner Abrahams.

3:26

Uh, I'm gonna recuse myself because I did not participate in that meeting of the Commission.

3:33

A voice vote, please.

3:35

All approved.

3:37

Aye.

3:38

Okay, note that I was gonna recuse myself as well because I was.

3:40

Oh, because you were not here as well.

3:42

Okay.

3:43

And all opposed.

3:46

And all abstains.

3:47

Abstain, me and Mr.

3:50

Moffat.

3:53

Okay, that's it for the consent calendar.
